Front Desk /Appointment

The team at Ashland ENT, Allergy & Hearing Aid Center front desk understands that the first impression is a lasting one. We welcome you to our practice with a warm and caring greeting to make your visit with us a pleasant one. Our goal is to make your visit as efficient and comfortable as possible.

Electronic medical records streamlines the patient visit by electronically retrieving and organizing medical data. This greatly reduces errors, improves physician to physician communication, and helps to assure an organized and efficient patient visit Ashland ENT, Allergy & Hearing Aid Center was one of the first area practices to use this technology.

With electronic medical records you can expect to:

  • Have your picture taken when you arrive
  • Present all of your completed patient forms
  • Sign for HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996)
  • Present all of your insurance cards along with a photo ID
  • We will collect your co-pay, deductible, or co-insurance at check in

As a courtesy to our allergy patients and to avoid adverse reactions by these patients please do not wear cologne or perfume the day of your visit.

If you are having an in-office procedure performed or are here to discuss the purchase of hearing aids we encourage you to bring a second party with you for that visit.

We ask that you give a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can offer your appointment to another patient.
